About Hank’s:
Hank’s was inspired by the French Quarter in New Orleans, providing traditional Cajun-Creole cuisine as well as a variety of American and Mexican classics. Founded by Bob Thieman, who has a long history of creating successful restaurants in the United States, Hanks transports you to the vibrant streets of New Orleans with every bite.

- Ceviche de Salmón: Marinated in lime, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, and serrano chili.
- Coctel de Camarón: Mexican-style shrimp cocktail with Hank’s special touch and avocado.
